What I Believe
By incorporating a variety of multi-joint, compound exercises while concentrating on form and technique, my goal is to safely and effectively work the body and help you burn as many calories as possible.
I listen to my clients, and adapt the workouts based on their personal goals and/or ability. No two clients are alike, therefore each of my clients have a workout routine designed specifically for their individual needs. Each workout routine is within their physical capabilities and optimal for their physical fitness advancements. If I err, I err on the side of being conservative, for injury dramatically slows progress. I'm a firm believer that mental health and well-being can be improved if not at least sustained through constant devotion to physical fitness.
