Why workout with a trainer? The list of health related benefits of exercise are endless- any doctor or medical professional would corroborate that fact. Think of the mental and physical improvements associated with resistance training- more confidence, energy, and overall quality of life- not to mention the war exercise wages on stress. Also, disease starts to consider a detour when the body is fit and strong, complete with lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides!
Depending on what your goal(s) are, an attentive, open minded trainer can help a client achieve a better sense of existence-clichés aside. The ACCOUNTABILITY factor is huge, and has certainly "accounted" for many of my clients... If you don't have the discipline to consistently push yourself, let me be your guide, both organizationally and motivationally- I'm up to the challenge. One of the hardest things to do in the fitness industry, I've learned, is to get people to believe in themselves- the potential is inside every person, but it must be harnessed! Everyone that starts a new workout program will be surprised and excited what they can accomplish after several months of adhering to a diet/fitness regimen. Comments are closed.
